Dear Friends,
The current local situation regarding COVID-19 is, unfortunately, such that the number of positively tested people is record-breaking and the curve is still rising. What is even more important, the prognosis is also very unfavorable. The situation in Prague is particularly critical, it is even planned to support the medical infrastructure with a field hospital.
In these circumstances, we cannot risk the health of the participants, and therefore we decided to stop registration for the In-Person track. Due to the current restrictions, it is not possible to guarantee all the necessary on-site services (lecture rooms, entrances to buildings, refreshments and meals for participants, etc.).
The Mechatronika 2020 conference will take place on the scheduled dates, i.e. on December 2–4, 2020, but entirely in the virtual environment of MS TEAMS. We will have 10 to 13 virtual sessions (assuming a single track arrangement), according to actual needs.
Thank you for your understanding and support. We are looking forward to your participation!
With good health wishes,
prof. Ing. Dusan Maga, PhD.
ME2020 General Chair
