Brief technical information for presenters
Oral presentation (Sessions II-XI, XIII, XIV)
A PC/laptop equipped with a standard MS operating system and application SW (MS Power Point) will be available in the session rooms. The duration of the presentation itself should not exceed 15 minutes; then 5 more minutes are reserved for discussion.
Poster presentation (Session XII)
Due to panel dimensions, A1-sized (width x height: 597 x 841 mm) poster is recommended. Smaller formats (e.g. 2 pieces of A2 or 4 pieces of A3) are acceptable — however, a single A1 sheet is preferred. Fixation materials will be provided by the organizers.
