Important information for conference participants
All details regarding the payment of conference fee are available in conference registration system LINK. Be sure that you have done all following steps:
1. Log in to conference system
2. Finish your registration
- click Registration and payment button
- check and update your personal data (the address you enter will be in the invoice)
- fill in the VAT number
- if you have special requirements, or you want to provide payment for multiple participants, please include this information in the Note field
- finish your registration by clicking Registration button at the bottom of the page
- payment ID is automatically assigned to you. You can see payment ID on Home page of the conference system.
- payment instructions are available both on conference system and in email that is sent to you.
3. When performing payment, please double check whether your Payment ID is correct, your organization name and address are correct.
