REGISTRATION
Authors first have to register online using conference registration system. To register, follow the conference system link. Once registered, you can add your paper(s) and submit its basics, such as title and abstract.
ABSTRACT
Abstract of the paper (up to 500 words), is to be submitted online on conference registration system. Abstract is in plain text only. Once the abstract is reviewed and paper agreed to be within the scope of the conference, you can continue by uploading your full paper for the review.
FULL PAPER (till September 10)
The full papers must be formatted based on IEEE standards; download of the template as a MS Word document. Brief instructions for authors can also be downloaded. The full paper for the review must be provided without the names and affiliations of the authors to enable double blinded reviews. Submit the full version of your paper for the review using conference online system. If you have problems submitting your paper, contact the organizers.
Once the paper successfully passes the review process, you will be notified and final version of the paper, with possible changes requested by the reviewers and authors names and affiliations added can be submitted to conference online system.
